Working with Onset
These are needs we have for developers to work on a project basis. These are telecommute, contract opportunites that may evolve to full-time positions if the match is right. We look for independent, experienced professionals who take pride in their work.
LOCATION We prefer candidates close to our main Boston-area HQ. But if you are remote and can provide an impressive portfolio and solid references, by all means get in touch.
HOW IT WORKS We will provide you with clear expectations and specifications on the work to be completed. We will mutually agree on the proper budget and timeline for the project, and sign a Statement of Work contract to that effect.

About the work
Several initial projects will involve taking PSD files, slicing and
dicing, and creating HTML/CSS based on the given design. Some existing Javascript will be attached to your
HTML to make it live. Strict coding standards and practices are in
place.
After that, we have other projects that run the gamut from original UI
design, to Web2.0-ifying existing sites, to more traditional
IA->mockup->development paths.
And another thing
You probably don't want to read a long gushy paragraph about how great it is to work here, and how you should like to do fun things. In fact, you don't even have to be fun (although it never hurts). If you can communicate clearly, you understand business and have a passion for learning and for doing quality work, then we would like to hear from you.
